What If

luxury interior design

I love being a dreamer. Dreams symbolize hope, light, and life. They embody options and opportunities. They are the #whatif factor that fuels my life.

When we began formulating ideas for this series, we knew it would be a fun journey – and it was one we were excited to take. We brainstormed, made a ton of notes, and took polls, asking what our audience was interested in reading and learning about.

And you guessed it … we asked what they were dreaming about too.

Because we believe your environment creates the backdrop for meaningful moments and memories.

One of my favorite questions was, “If we were to design a home you wouldn’t need a vacation from … what would that entail?”

And it was fascinating to learn the many dreams that phrase conjured up!

One of the common denominators was a luxe hotel-inspired sanctuary... a bedroom retreat you’d never want to leave. A space with a great vibe that beckons you, where the mattress is comfort personified, the pillows are dreamy, and the bedding divine.

Yet each of those descriptive words and phrases means something different to everyone. And while most people described the aura and essence of the space they were envisioning, mentioning things like a soothing color palette and scrumptious thread counts, we know it doesn’t stop there! Together we’ll delve deeper and explore not only the aesthetic attributes that resonate deeply with you but the functional aspects of your life as well.

  • Do you wake with nature’s alarm and love to let the sunshine in – or do you crave a darker environment with blackout window treatments that make it easier to catch up on sleep?

  • Do you like a television in your bedroom – or is that tabu in your mind?

  • Do you need a ceiling fan to help keep your temperature even-keeled – or is a stunning light fixture more your jam?

  • Do you prefer a light and airy color palette – or is a moody, sultrier vibe more your speed?

From coffee bars to conversation areas, thread counts to docking stations, we’ll address all this and more to give you that luxe sanctuary you’ve been dreaming about.

Because we believe personalized design is the foundation for a life well-lived.

And we can’t wait to take this journey with you.

In Gratitude and Good Vibes,

Michelle and the Creative Edge team

We started with a warm color palette and an insanely comfortable mattress, then layered in soothing hues, rich wood tones, and a compilation of textures. Custom drapery panels, decorative storage boxes to keep clutter at bay, mixed metals, and striking art help round out this stunning primary retreat.
