AWARD-WINNING PROJECT: 68TH PLACE

Originally built in the early 1990s & was in desperate need of a complete refresh. We removed outdated soffits, enlarged & squared off old archways, corrected poor lighting and circulation, & worked within each room to improve the home’s overall function + flow. The master bathroom was reconfigured, ample storage was added throughout the home, & carefully hand-selected products & furnishings were incorporated into each area, infusing warmth, style, & sophistication throughout this extensive, whole-home renovation. The end result is a curated sanctuary; the epitome of a home base for this active, out-of-state family providing the perfect backdrop for years of enjoyment, memories, & adventures.
