Inspired by their penchant for luxe resorts, this client relocated from their beautiful high-rise residence to an exclusive luxury resort community to take advantage of the incredible views, optimize their affinity for golf, and capitalize on the abundance of amenities. Given the smaller footprint they selected for their forever home, our purpose was clear: provide the ultimate combination of functionality, comfort, + sophistication. We personalized this new-build with distinctive light fixtures, specialty wall treatments, an upgraded and more functional laundry room, + an abundance of additional storage. We then created a striking furniture package with pieces that look + feel luxurious while being a breeze to care for and are insanely comfortable, along with curating an art package to complement their fun + funky collection. The end result is a stunning custom home that embodies livable luxury at its finest!
