AWARD WINNING PROJECT: 68TH PLACE

This home was originally built in the early 1990s and was in desperate need of a complete refresh. We removed outdated soffits, enlarged and squared off old archways, corrected poor lighting and circulation, and worked within each room to improve the home’s overall function and flow. The master bathroom was reconfigured, ample storage was added throughout the home, and carefully hand-selected product and furnishings were incorporated into each area, infusing warmth, style and sophistication throughout this extensive, whole-home renovation. The end result is a curated sanctuary; the epitome of a home-base for this active, out-of-state family providing the perfect backdrop for years of enjoyment, memories and adventures.
