We're actively seeking a seasoned client success coordinator  for our growing design firm.  Is this you?

From understanding the intricacies of luxury design to procuring our amazing product offerings, updating our databases and attending client presentations so we’ve got well-written documentation … we’ve got many integral behind-the-scenes activities that need your eagle eye! 
  • Are you a technology geek who loves programs that enhance efficiency and productivity? From creating and maintaining detailed spreadsheets to finding new ways to maximize our current technology, creating our digital presentations to sourcing new platforms that’ll help take us to the next level … we’re ready for you to rock our world!
  • Do you love “setting the table” for others, making sure both our clients and our team members are well loved, well serviced, and set up for success? This means you:

This is an integral role in our firm requiring great energy, an optimistic outlook, and a process-driven mind.


You’ll be the main cog in our team’s wheel, reporting to and working hand in hand with the Principal of our firm, while being intricately involved in both our internal and external operations.


The position is a freelance role, initially ranging from 15 to 30 hours per week and increasing based on your availability and our project loads.


And while our team primarily works remotely, it's REQUIRED that you’re local to the Phoenix Metropolitan area to apply.

Requirements & Proficiencies:

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to interact with CEI’s clientele and team members (both internal and external) in a manner befitting Creative Edge Interiors’ core values
  • Proficient in all facets of the Google Docs platform, from cloud storage to programs to calendaring
  • Proficient in Canva
  • Proficient in Monday.com
  • Proficient in MailChimp

Key Responsibilities:

  • Live the values of Creative Edge Interiors
  • Assist in maintaining excellent relationships between Creative Edge and our internal and external clients, further endearing them to our brand and creating a luxury experience by providing echelon service
  • Schedule travel, continuing education, award opportunities, tech options, and
  • Assist with our philanthropy efforts, ensuring our focus remains on serving and supporting others
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of internal and external client data, including onboarding and database management
  • Provide assistance with the organization and progression of all projects to ensure a successful outcome
  • Participate in weekly meetings regarding current and upcoming projects, as well as other items relating to the firm’s growth and expansion
  • Create and/or oversee visual presentations according to our standards
  • Oversee the procurement of all presentation materials, including material samples, supplies, food, and beverages, and ensure our presentation location is secured and reserved
  • Oversee our project procurement process, including working with our incredible vendors, as well as our accounting and warehouse teams
  • Oversee efficient and expedient punchlist resolutions
  • Schedule – then participate in – client appointments, accurately recording the discussions then uploading into our client folder(s)
  • Work with our social media and marketing teams to update them on all projects managed
  • Schedule and oversee our professional photography process
  • Oversee client notes and gifting throughout our process
  • Work with our amazing clients to receive and upload their 5-star reviews
