CREATIVE EDGE INTERIORS, LLC was founded and is managed by principal designer, Michelle Pierce, who has been in the design industry for over 15 years.
MICHELLE is well respected for her award-winning designs, her sound business acumen, and her dedication to philanthropy. She's also known for infusing an aura of excitement and a breath of fresh air into each of her projects.
Michelle came from a business background with over 10 years of customer service, management, team building, and project coordination experience under her belt prior to pursuing her interior design career. This rare combination of skills and abilities establish a solid foundation that "sets the table" for success on each project.
Her distinctive experience also includes time spent managing a general contractor’s firm. As part of their intense training process, she spent a year working in the field as a crew member, familiarizing herself with the construction industry and gaining invaluable insight. This unique perspective made for a seamless transition into studying interior design, honing the skills of her life-long creative obsession.
She effortlessly blends her client’s desires with her original designs; her detailed mindset with her passion for project coordination; and her optimistic nature with her synergistic approach - the combination of which establishes a foundation of success for each project.
Michelle serves on the membership and golf committees of AZCREW (Arizona Commercial Real Estate for Women) and is part of two local master mind groups, a casual collaborative for interior designers and another for women in construction.
She loves spending time with her large, close-knit family filled with entrepreneurs and creative souls, her colleagues and her friends. She relishes coordinating service projects throughout the year, as well as helping others in the pursuit of their goals and dreams.
Additional favorites include spending time with her husband of 31 years (her all-time favorite human), her grown children, her rescue pup, enjoying the great outdoors (as often as possible on the back of a custom Harley), travel, music, and adventures.
